betijli Terms & Conditions

To access the full range of betijli products and services, you are required to register a player account. Registration on betijli is free of charge. During registration, you will be asked to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and a valid email address. You are prohibited from providing false, misleading, or fictitious information at any stage of the registration process.

Each individual may hold only one active betijli account. If betijli identifies that a single individual holds more than one account — whether registered under the same or different personal details — betijli reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to withhold any balances or pending withdrawals associated with those accounts. Players who discover they have inadvertently created a duplicate account must notify betijli support immediately.

betijli's account security features include OTP-based two-factor verification for logins from new or unrecognised devices. Players are strongly encouraged to enable this feature. betijli accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials or where the player has shared their credentials with a third party voluntarily or otherwise.

betijli operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its internal compliance obligations. Players may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and — where deposits or withdrawals are made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer — confirmation of the payment method ownership. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawals restricted until verification is satisfactorily completed.

betijli reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the registration information provided is inaccurate, that the account is being used fraudulently, or that the account holder is in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

All financial transactions on betijli are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). betijli supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any given time and betijli reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment channels without prior notice.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into your betijli account, or to a verified payment method registered in your name. betijli will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, unverified mobile wallets, or payment methods not associated with the account holder's identity. This policy is in place to protect players and to maintain the integrity of betijli's anti-money-laundering procedures.

betijli reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large, where the account has not previously completed a withdrawal, or where betijli's compliance systems have flagged the transaction for review. Players should allow additional processing time for withdrawals subject to enhanced review.

Any funds deposited into a betijli account are held for the purpose of betting and gaming activity only. betijli does not pay interest on player account balances. Funds deposited in error must be reported to betijli support immediately; betijli will endeavour to reverse such transactions where technically feasible, but cannot guarantee recovery of funds already processed through third-party payment systems.

betijli offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to major cricket events such as the BPL and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all betijli bonuses and promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before they can be transferred to the main withdrawable balance.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus funds before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked. The applicable multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms (e.g., 20x, 30x).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage. Full contribution rates are stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements completed within the time limit stated in the promotion terms. Uncompleted bonus balances will expire at the end of this period.
• betijli reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already begun satisfying wagering requirements, betijli will endeavour to honour a proportionate equivalent where reasonably practicable.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method.

betijli offers sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey, and tennis), live casino games, slot games, and virtual games. Each product category is governed by the general rules set out in this section and by any additional product-specific rules displayed at the relevant point of use on the platform.

All bets placed on betijli are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for checking the details of their bet — including selection, stake amount, and applicable odds or game parameters — before confirming. betijli will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after confirmation except where a manifest technical error has caused an incorrect outcome to be recorded, as described below.

For sports betting markets, betijli reserves the right to void any bet — either before or after settlement — in the following circumstances:

• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market reaches its natural conclusion.
• The odds at which the bet was accepted were materially incorrect due to a pricing error, data feed error, or human input error.
• betijli has reasonable grounds to believe that the result of the event has been influenced by match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corruption.
• The bet was placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions or betijli's betting rules for the specific market.

For casino and slot games, all outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems supplied by betijli's third-party game providers. betijli does not control or influence individual game outcomes. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is disclosed within the game information panel. By playing any casino or slot title on betijli, you acknowledge that the house edge applies and that losing outcomes are a natural part of play.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server disconnection, browser crash, or payment processing error — betijli's game server logs are the definitive record of the session state. betijli will use these logs to determine the correct outcome and, where applicable, to credit any winnings that were legitimately earned prior to the malfunction.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betijli. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or maintaining more than one betijli account for any purpose, including circumventing account restrictions, claiming multiple bonuses, or obscuring betting patterns.
• Identity fraud: Registering an account using another person's personal details, or providing falsified, altered, or forged documentation during the KYC verification process.
• Money laundering: Using betijli as a vehicle to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal or undisclosed sources. betijli maintains anti-money-laundering procedures and is obligated to report suspicious financial activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live casino tables, poker variants, or sports betting markets.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately exploiting a known software bug, pricing error, or payment processing glitch to generate illegitimate winnings or account credits.
• Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, spin reels, or interact with betijli's platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute with a bank or mobile money provider after funds have been used for betting activity on betijli.
• Harassment: Using betijli's live chat or any other communication channel to harass, threaten, or abuse betijli support staff or other players.

betijli reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Receipt of a request or legal order from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or payment provider.
• Extended account inactivity, defined as twelve (12) or more consecutive months without any login, deposit, or wager activity.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, betijli will aim to complete its review within fourteen (14) working days. During a suspension, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or place bets. betijli will communicate the outcome of the review to the player via the email address registered on the account.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions or prohibited conduct, any remaining account balance may be withheld pending the outcome of betijli's internal investigation. Where the investigation concludes that the player acted in good faith and is not in breach, betijli will return the verified account balance via the player's registered payment method.

Players may also voluntarily close their betijli account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe. Players who close their account for responsible gaming reasons are encouraged to also use betijli's self-exclusion tool, which provides an additional layer of protection by preventing re-registration for a defined period.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the principles of fair dealing and good faith. betijli's liability to any player is limited to the verified real-money balance held in that player's account at the time of any dispute. betijli expressly excludes liability for consequential losses, loss of profit, or any indirect damages arising from the use or unavailability of the betijli platform.
